Remote Assistance: TLC shares your desktop screen with you and resolves the issue remotely. Up to 1-hour hands-on remote assistance included.
Proactive Security & Maintenance: 24/7 proactive monitoring. Includes managed Antivirus subscription and after-hours security patching and updates. Cloud Backup of primary device is also included.
Concierge Service: No more placing calls to different vendors to get the support your need. TLC works as a liaison for all of your hardware, software or Internet vendors. Assistance with research, documentation, customized hardware and software proposals with technical specifications.
Managed Email Account: Assistance in setting up a new account or transferring an existing account. Support for any existing email account included. Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions available for additional fee.
Assistance with Remote Connections: Whether it is setting up email on your mobile device or a problem with a remote connection to your computer, TLC provides the support you need.
